The Office application would not start.
If you get this error it could be that a previous problem is the cause. For example if you get an error about PIA then you should first try to resolve that.
But if this error is the first one in the list then you have found an error that we are not currently testing for.
If you cannot resolve the issue, you must copy the System Requirements check log and send it to PSI support. See the ATLAS Cloud System Requirements document for information on how to do this.
