The information below details the updates included in the release of ATLAS Cloud 2.1710:
Improved administrator functionality
There have been improvements to enhance the administrator functionality on ATLAS Cloud:
- Help availability enhancement: the help url is now configured at virtual server level by a system administrator and can be customised to show the default PSI help url or an alternative url
- Additional gender option: it is now possible to specify the options available under the Gender drop down for user profiles by the use of one character, for example, M, F and N, listed in the order chosen. This can allow for a non disclosure of gender (N). This is set by the system administrator under the organisations edit expert settings
- User field pick lists: it is now possible to set picklists against the profile page of users by configuring the pick list IDs in administration
Item banking including improved user functionality
There have been improvements for those using ATLAS Cloud to create their own item banks for customised testing. The enhancement is:
- Manual Marking email notification: Once an Admin user has marked and finalised a manual marking module, if configured, the student can be notified via email
- Toggle tag language in test player: it is now possible to change the language used for the labels in the test player
- Test Version Display: An Item Bank Editor can set a test version number to be displayed on the candidates results page. Also, they can set the stream version number to be displayed in the extended results log as a reference for administrators
- Score translation: A test administrator can retrofit score translation labels, as well as new labels/scores boundaries to existing test results
