This error arises if the audio capture feature has encountered a problem.
This could be for the following reasons:
- You are trying to use an unsupported browser. Audio capture tests are compatible with Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome only.
- The URL in the address bar is not correctly prefixed with HTTPS.
- The security certificate on the server has expired.
Action:
- Candidates: Ask the Test Administrator for assistance.
- Test Administrator: If the candidate is using a supported browser with the correct HTTPS link, please contact ATLAS Cloud Support for further assistance. For details of how to do this, see the ATLAS Cloud System Requirements document.
