This error arises if the audio capture feature has encountered a problem.

This could be for the following reasons:

• You are trying to use an unsupported browser. Audio capture tests are compatible with Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome only.
• The URL in the address bar is not correctly prefixed with HTTPS.
• The security certificate on the server has expired.

Action:

• Candidates: Ask the Test Administrator for assistance.
