14. Administrator - Creating Users Overview

There are a number of ways to create a user in ATLAS Cloud:

  1. Manually create a user
  2. Download from an external source
  3. Using a bulk import
  4. Candidate Self-registration

It is important that the correct method is used for your situation:

  • Manually create users on the fly for any custom made courseware or tests
  • Download from an external source for any BCS or other external body certifications
  • Bulk importing for users accessing any custom made courseware or tests. The user information must be provided in one session via an importable spreadsheet
  • Self registration allows the candidates to create their own accounts provided the Administrator has given authority. This method can be used for Corporate Organisations but not for Schools and Test Centres taking Certification tests for external providers, for example via BCS
