The display columns can be changed individually for all reports by using the Select Columns button in the Search parameters section.
- Select your report from the Reports drop down
- Click the Select Columns button under the report parameters A list of all available fields is displayed
- Use the tick boxes to select and deselect the relevant fields
- Use the scroll down arrows to view and choose from more fields
- Once the appropriate selections have been made, click the Ok button
When the chosen report is run from now on, it will be displayed with the selected fields.
