The information below details the main updates included in the release of ATLAS Cloud 2.1607-1:
Improved user functionality
There has been an improvement to enhance the user functionality on ATLAS Cloud:
- Improved and standardised the reset password process: the reset password link (accessed from the ATLAS Cloud home page) will now send a link to reset the password instead of sending a new password in plain text
Item banking
There have been improvements for those using ATLAS Cloud to create their own item banks for customised testing. The enhancements include:
- Improved usability including tagged item editing and conditioning
- More detailed scoring: multiple choice question answers can now be scored individually
- Improved object ordering: flexible drag and drop for object ordering
- Enhanced drop area: the drop area for hotspot and drag and drop questions can now either be the existing resizable rectangle or a custom polygon shape that the user creates
- Importing Measuring Point List (MPL) improvements: it is now mandatory for MPL to have a minimum of 3 levels in the topic hierarchy when importing legacy content
- Improved flexibility in audio administration: a test administrator can limit the number of times an audio file can be played
- Improved candidate experience: a program owner can enable/disable the ability for candidates to comment against an item (a question) during a test
- Improved flexibility in administration for flagging questions: a test administrator can disable the ability for a candidate to flag questions during a test
